We prepare estimates from drawings, specifications and quantities. Choose a project price for a defined scope or unit rates for measurable work.
Project price: an agreed package with scope, exclusions, schedule and acceptance criteria.
Unit rates: per metre of pipe or cable, square metre of ductwork, insulation or formwork, tonne of steel or reinforcement, or installed item, as agreed.
Send drawings, quantities, materials, location and programme. We clarify supply, access, lifting, testing and changes before confirming the quotation.
Qualified people. Safety on site.
For work in the Netherlands and Belgium, all our workers hold B-VCA; foremen and operational managers hold VOL-VCA, and personnel coordinators hold VIL-VCU.
For Finnish projects, our teams include holders of the Occupational Safety Card (Työturvallisuuskortti) and Hot Work Card (Tulityökortti).
Task-specific qualifications, site induction, permits and safe working arrangements are matched to the assignment before mobilisation.
